Great location with easy access to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast offered a nice variety.
The bedding could be improved—it was a bit sparse for winter nights.

The Family Room was super spacious for us! 😊 Location was nice near restaurants, but parking was tough and windows lacked insulation. Still, we had a pleasant stay overall.

Just an ideal choice for strolling around in Edinburgh with value for money. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a quick visit, making it easy to recharge after a long day. Make sure to bring your own towels for the kitchenette as none are provided.

The location is solid—easy access to shops and local spots, making it a breeze to gather supplies. The Deluxe Twin Room, while worn out, was spacious enough for our needs, giving a decent amount of comfort for a quick stay.
The place definitely has some issues. The bathroom smelled damp, likely due to a broken ventilator fan, and there was noticeable black mould on the walls. We noticed several holes in the bathtub wall, which could raise some eyebrows. On top of that, the kitchenette was lacking essentials—no towels or proper utensils, and the advertised oven was nowhere to be found. The noise was noticeable too, as the walls felt annoyingly thin, letting in sounds from other rooms. it's clear this place could use some serious maintenance and an upgrade to match its festival prices.

Family with children suitable choice
The location was excellent, just a short stroll to the local Tesco and everything we needed was right there. We had a spacious room with all the essentials, it even had a microwave and fridge, which made life easier with the kids running around!
It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable.

Lovely bathroom vibes
We stayed for 2 nights in the family room, and honestly, the bathroom was a highlight! Totally felt like we were in a fancy 4-star place. Location's decent, just a bit average, but check-in was super easy. One thing though, could've used some more coffee in the room. Staff kept things chill, not too much noise.
